Recipe Name: Sabudana Khichdi

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup sabudana (soaked overnight)
- 2 potatoes (boiled and chopped finely)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (coarsely powdered)
- 3 green chillies
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Drain the sabudana.
- Add salt, sugar and peanuts powder and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.
- Add green chillies and curry leaves and saute for about 20 seconds.
- Add potatoes and saute for about 2 minutes.
- Add the sabudana and mix well.
- Let it cook for about 4 minutes till the sabudana becomes soft.
- Switch off the stove.
- Serve hot.
