Recipe Name: Lemon Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup rice (cooked)
- 10-12 curry leaves
- 2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp groundnuts
- 1-2 red chillies
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal (split)
- 1/2 tsp chana dal
- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add urad dal and chana dal.
- After 10 seconds, add mustard seeds and groundnuts and allow them to crackle.
- Add green chillies, red chillies, curry leaves and turmeric and let it fry for about 20-30 seconds.
- Add rice and salt and stir well.
- Switch off the stove.
- Squeeze lemon and mix well.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
