Recipe Name: Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup coconut (grated)
- 1 tbsp roasted chana dal
- 2 green chillies
- 1 small piece ginger
- 1 small piece tamarind
- Salt to taste
For tempering:
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixer with little water.
- Transfer the chutney to a bowl.
- For tempering, heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle.
- Add curry leaves and red chilli and allow it for 10 secs till curry leaves become crisp.
- Add it to the chutney.
- Serve with dosas, idlis and other other variety of dosas.
