Recipe Name: Fatafat Baby Corn and Paneer Sabzi

Ingredients:
- 1 cup tender baby corns (sliced)
- 3/4 cup paneer (sliced)
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 capsicum (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (powdered)
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions and fry till they turn pink and soft.
- Add capsicum and baby corns and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, cumin seeds powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add paneer and mix well with the gravy and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Switch off the stove.
- Serve hot with chapatis, rotis or rice.
