Recipe Name: Bhindi Masala

Ingredients:
- 250 gms Bhindi (chopped)
- 2 medium onions (finely chopped)
- 1 large potato (chopped into cubes)
- 2 large tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped onions and saute for a min.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell goes off and the onions turn pink and soft.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala and saute till the tomatoes turn soft.
- Add bhindi, potatoes and salt and mix well with the rest of the gravy.
- Cover the lid and allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally.
- Add little water and allow it to boil for about 5-7 minutes.
- Switch off the stove. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot with chapatis.
