Recipe Name: Suran Cutlet

Ingredients:
- 2 cups suran (boiled and mashed)
- 1 cup chana dal
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chat masala
- Rawa (for rolling)
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Soak chana dal in water for 2 hours.
- Grind it to form a paste.
- Mix suran, chana dal, coriander leaves, garam masala and chat masala and shape them into cutlets.
- Roll it in rawa and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot with coriander chutney or sauce.
