Recipe Name: Moong Sprouts Sabzi

Ingredients
- 2 cups moong sprouts
- 2 large tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 1/2 onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add onions and fry till it turns light pink in colour.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add chilli powder and coriander powder.
- Add the tomatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes till the tomatoes turn soft.
- Add the moong sprouts, little water and salt.
- Cover the lid and cook for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with chapatis.
