Recipe Name: Moong Sprouts Sabzi

Serves: 4

Ingredients 
  • 2 cups moong sprouts
  • 2 large tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Oil for frying 
  • Salt to taste

How to cook?
  1. Heat oil in frying pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  3. Add onions and fry till it turns light pink in colour.
  4. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  5. Add chilli powder and coriander powder.
  6. Add the tomatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes till the tomatoes turn soft.
  7. Add the moong sprouts, little water and salt.
  8. Cover the lid and cook for a few minutes.
  9. Serve hot with chapatis.
