Recipe Name: Aloo Chaat

Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes (boiled, peeled and cut into cubes)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3-4 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 small piece ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 3 tbsp oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add potatoes and salt.
- Stir-fry potatoes until golden brown and little crisp.
- Add grated ginger and green chillies. Stir for 1 minute.
- Add tamarind paste and chat masala. Mix well.
- Turn off the stove and add coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
