Recipe Name: Palak Paneer

Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer (cut into cubes)
- 4 cups spinach leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onions (finely chopped)
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger piece (grated)
- 4 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup tomato (pureed)
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Take little water in a vessel.
- Add chopped spinach and salt to it.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Blend the spinach in a blender to make a smooth puree.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the onions till they turn pink and soft.
- Add garlic, ginger and green chillies. Fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add the tomato puree and stir fry it.
- Add the spinach puree, garam masala, paneer, salt and little water and bring it to a boil.
- Switch off the stove.
- Serve hot with chapatis.
